Rewrite of my Forum script

I want a Professional coder to rewrite my Forum script using latest technology tools and also add new sections. Even, as I said, the script already exists, many changes will take place, so count it as a totally new script working from scratch. What Professional means: 1.- Someone who can work at least 4 a day, everyday, working exclusively on this project. 2.- Someone who will works online so I can follow the proccess of the project in real time. If for some important reason working online is not possible, at least the online demo must be updating every 2 hours. Important notice: 1.- All templates are ready in Bootstrap but they're in standard HTML so you must move the code to Smarty templates. 2.- Database structure will deliver ready to use to you. You don't have to think about database design. 3.- Any single aspect of the way that the script must work will deliver to you. You don't have to think/plan script operation. 4.- The only really missing section is the convertation system (not chat), a system like Facebook inbox. Project requirements: 1.- PHP as backend language 2.- PDO 2.- Smarty PHP template engine 3.- Latest jQuery 4.- Bootstrap 3 Most important: -------------------- This project in simple language is "deliver and forger". Any copyrigts belongs to me. I'll have 100% rights on the code to do anything with it. I can keep it for my own use, I can release it for free, or even, I can release it as commercial script. You don't have any rights on the code.
