Setting up a redirection to source domain after successful purchase on 3rd party merchant affiliate websites

I am working on an affiliate marketing project. I have come up with a task to redirect customers from 3rd party merchant websites to the one source url or domain. I tried searching a solution but unable to get appropriate information and and method to do the same. I use an affiliate platform for converting normal links to affiliate links and track the conversion. What I need is to implement a redirect system for every successful transaction or purchase on 3rd party website to the source url.
