We will create a form designed in a tabular format. Fields can be shared across us, accordingly we will map the fields. Once the admin updates the name of the lead, email will be triggered to them, along with the url. once the lead open the url, it will ask to accept or decline the request. Once the request is updated, we will save the time stamp in a field for reference. We will create a view in the list, which will allow only respective users to view their data. We will give the sales representative the rights to create leads, and will create a workflow to send an email to admin. Reporting Dashboard will be generated in which you will be able to see total numbers of leads month wise and yearly wise where you can also filter out the reports for each sales man and leads to whom task has been assigned. We will also give a functionality to download the report in excel format as well.
