Shopify Set up - Maximizing Apps and API to Build an Online Store

(See notes on "bid amount" at the bottom of this descriotion ) We are building out a new e-comm site and need back-end support integrating Shopify Apps with our account to leverage automation and minimize human error. We realize there is some customized programming involved, but because we are leveraging existing Shopify apps we hope this is more of a workflow, API, and integration management project, with some light design management. There is a custom feature involved, requiring a payment gateway to handle recurring subscription orders that initiate based on a low inventory point (custom per customer account). This requires a data request from our c# written customer portal, which hosts customer consumption stats in real time. All other apps are typical, ranging from Quickbooks integrations to invoicing, to 3PL fulfillment provider connection. Full project details enclosed. Note: The faster this is developed the better and the more time we can test. Overall finished & tested project = July 1, 2016. Budget is subjective based on Primary and Secondary minimum viable product features. Looking for a 2 part bid, your low number should contain all Primary functionality requests, your high number should include all secondary functionality request. Bids will be evaluated on the high bid number, accuracy of bid figure, experience dealing with Shopify and custom API. Shopify APPs have not been purchased and we want to collaborate with you on them before we do. We appreciate your recommendations based on their service, functionality and fit. This is part of the project plan attached below. We realize that a change in app can change Scope. Scope changes will be made accordingly throughout the project.
