Simple Twitter bot in Node.js

For a YouTube account I want to tweet automatically some milestones. So, if user X achieved 5000 subscribers our bot will post a tweet. I've a MySQL database with tweets from random YouTube channels. When a channel achieved the amount of subscribers (YouTube API), our Twitter account will post a tweet. I'm looking for someone who can build this simple Twitter bot. You must understand the YouTube API and the Twitter API. This application must be build with node.js because I want to run it on my server.
