Small edits to the php script. (please read description)

Hello Everyone,
I bought a new php script. I want to add new small features. (onlinepoll dot me)
Below you can find the features you want.
1-sitemap for google
2-geo location switch language + meta title and description language should change according to choice.
3-user's all login details and all polls ip record (need view admin page)
4- i can ip / user can ban in admin panel.
5- cancellation of features of paying users (so mean all users can reach everything)(now have in script pay to paypal for pro user. i want all new members should be pro user without pay)
6- search bar (realtime searcher (in header menu) like a [login to view URL])
7- populer polls page(daily-weekly-monthly-yearly-all time) / most commented polls page (daily weekly monthly yearly alltime)
8- comment module(No HTML allowed) + admin control + user comment ip record + vote comments + sort comments (ex. popular, lastest, newest) (need ask poll creation enable comments or not) /// users can be edited or soft delete comments /// soft delete is important. so comments delete frontend but never delete in admin panel.
9- poll analyze page can be select public or private (if want poll creator)(so put create page analyze public or private button )
10- users when sign in auto redirect "/user" page . need disable this. users sign in need to go homepage, users if click "my account" button they are should be go /user page...
