Smartsheets Api to a Wordpress Page

We need an custom events page done in WordPress. We are looking for you to be able to pull event data from a Smartsheet database into either a file or database on a scheduled basis which is filtered to show only approved events within an agreed upon time frame. The approved events within that time frame would be displayed on our WordPress site. We also need to have function where if event gets deleted it gets deleted from the word press page. The events would also have to be able to be filtered by zipcode and how many miles from the zipcode.
Look at attached image to see how we need page layout and features we need. The "More Details" link also has to hide some of the text and when clicked reveals the rest of the text hidden.
