1- Use Social Media accounts to sign in. Customer should have option of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SMS , Credit Card and mail.
2- Router selection: I am currently using Mikrotik and want to be able to use with Social WiFi
3- Collect users data. When user choose social media to login then add his data from that network to db. Data to be collect: Name and surname, Facebook ID, Twitter name, e-mail, phone number, day of birth, city (location), gender.
4- Radius Server or something simmilar: Your choice but cost is important. If possible a free one. We want to control users activities.
5- Ads and banner management. This way I can have my customer create their own ads and banners and publish on their Landing Page. Or I can create and charge them a fee.
6- WEB Control Panel for control.
7- Control Panel should have:
a) BackEnd: Master Account: (and secondary master accounts for my company.) I will create customer accounts, activate devices or accounts, create Like Packages, assign Like Packages, create Ads, assign Ads, generate reports and show statistics, about Likes, Ads, and usage. Define bandwidth quota per router.
b) FrontEnd: Customer accounts: They can create Ads, Change their Logo, Customize their Landing Page,
8- Integration of different Landing page. We will create 3 different mobile pages that need to be integrated into solution. Customer choose their landing page.
Wifi Users will:
1- Connect to AccessPoint.
2- Choose a login Option on Landing Page with 3 options. (Facebook/Twitter/Mail)
3- User Login with click on social network and get option to Like the page and check-in restaurant/caffe... A Facebook wall post, or tweet about them being at the establishment and enjoying Free Internet. Message has to be customizable.
When the guest choose to login with email, his name, email, phone must be added to database
4- User is redirected to Website with Ads or coupons from the store owner.
5- Inactive Sessions terminate in 20 minutes.
6- Returning users do not need to like again. But if they have unliked the page we need to be able to check ti. Login buttons redirect them to website again. But their access will be loged in db as hotspot user for statistics
We also need:
- support for integration and small modification to suite our needs.
- support for upgrading system - we will make new modules and need support for integrating in solution.
- We use mikrotik devices. It's crucial we can install the hardware(router/access point) ourselves on the location of our client so we need a manual. With description of where we can setup the service, and connect it to our admin panel on the server. We also need to monitor all our clients networks separate, so we can deliver them a report of their network usage at the end of every week/month/year etc.
We want posibility to change some basic things directly on client device (SSID, pass, redirect url...) and to have alarms (on mail) when device go offline so we can act quickly.

I would like to see a working system if there is any, and receive an estimation of the total price, an end-date. The 2 thing that are most important to me is good communication and reliability.
Cut the complete project in 3 or 4 stages with a price per stage.
In this way we both can evaluate the project and continue when all things work out as they should.
I will not RELEASE MILESTONE upfront, but I will create milestone payment and release based on your performance and progress.
