Subscription Platform for Data selling

Hi, We have two websites [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] from these two websites we generate leads. Now our requirement is we want to sell the leads to colleges. We want you to integrate form builder in these two websites and store filled data in subscription platform. We will give you form builder & subscription application. Their links are [login to view URL], [login to view URL] We want you to create a separate subscription platform on domain [login to view URL], it should store data of coursesmba & blog by using form builder plugin. From super admin we will also upload data in csv manually to subscription platform. Data in subscription paltform should be sell-able as per location or category wise, after lead comes with lead information it should sent to relevant subscribed people. Data should have filters to retrieve and relevant things to be done. We also want our websites to be migrated to SSL with redirection of http traffic.
