Tarot Card Reader

I wrote a program in php, with some javascript, in the late 90's, that faithfully performs a 10 card celtic tarot reading. I own the copyright to several scripts for php tarot card readings (1 card, 3 card and the 10-11 card celtic cross method). There are only two really important files in the script, with the first basically using 3 input fields, and transferring the results to the second which performs and prints out the reading. Works well in php 5.5 and 5.6; however it is not responsive. It throws off errors in php 7.0+ because reading relies on the user filling in the variables in the first 3 input form, but some of the variables in the 2nd file don't have values until they receive the results from the form, which, if blank will throw off the errors. In essence, there are only two php files, with the first simply taking 3 input fields. I would like to make the script responsive, and then, make apps for google play an the apple store.. Again, I have just a small budget, but am not that familiar with making things responsive, or using the android or apple development kits. So, I would like a script for the website that is responsive, an android app, an apple app, and perhaps a WordPress plugin. Note, the programming is already there. Needs the wrapper (like bootstrap, or something like that). I have time limitations too. This will be a work made for hire because I already own the copyright to the original script... It was easy in the day when there were no smart phones LOL. You will need to sort the HTML out of the php and javascript because in the day, we used to smush it all together. RESPONSIVE WEB DESIGN
