Timeline to pull events data from DataBase

The timeline should be responsive (looking good on all screen sizes,) it should pull data from a MySQL database on the go (.sql export of which will be given to you for development purposes.) Each time we add a new event to the DataBase, it should automatically update the timeline on the page reload. Each event on the timeline will have a name, a short description, date range, a numeric index. Events fall into several categories, each category will have its own unique color, all categories by default are selected but the user should be able to deselect one or several of them to stop their pertaining events from being displayed on the timeline. Events on the timeline will have a date range from one day to a few days (no fraction of a day, means that the smallest time unit would be a full day, not hour or minutes.) So there will be a date start and date end for each event. There should be a "zoom in" and "zoom out" feature and a navigation to move from first selected event to the next event. Each event if clicked on or hover over should display a small box with event information such as date, category, shord description and index.
