Twilio API and PHP Expert Needed

Hello, ATTENTION - Must have Expert level knowledge of Twilio API. We have an existing website that allows users the ability to order pay per calls. Basically customers on our website can add money to their account, then order call time with a performer (are site is adult related). This works 99% of the time. However we have noticed issues in which the customer orders the call, connects to the performer, but then the call displays as missed and the customer's account is not debited. We have Twilio Sid logs, customer account details and performer account details so you can track a recent 'missed' connection. We also have database records that show the status of the call as 'completed', but on the customer's side it displays as 'active' (meaning that the call has not yet been made). So somewhere there is a glitch and we need a Twilio expert to review the code and find the problem. I can provide more details as needed. IMPORTANT: We need you to be able to test the call connections. If you are in India (or other country outside the US) we will enable Twilio to allow you to connect. But we need you to be able to replicate the error so you can perform proper testing. If you can do this work fast and correctly - then I can provide on-going projects for you for many years.
