Update and enchance existing chart dashboards

I already have two chart based dashboards (php mysql based, built using jQuery, d3.js, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], fusionchart, bootstrap). I need help to enhance these dashboards. At a high level, the following 3 tasks need to be done: 1. Update the format/ color scheme of the charts in the existing dashboards 2. Add a "Save Report" feature which would let the user to save (and reload in future) the current view of the dashboard 3. Improve the loading time/ data handling by the dashboard (as large amount of data is fetched from the database, there is potential to optimize the process, by fetching the data in smaller chunks and also by creating a mechanism in which the data is fetched/ updated for the dashboard only once a day and then for that day re-fetching of data is not needed)
