USA/CAD/UK/Europe prefer - easy/backend framework for website using css/jQuery -- 2

Hi, I need a basic backend framework for doing admin tasks. I am looking for someone I can work longer term with. So to start this is basically just a simple/basic framework. Some important things: a) You should be skilled with jQuery/AJAX/CSS. Please provide 1-2 of your top examples/best work. You should know what things like MVC, mySQL/php, etc are. (This doesn't have to be MVC, just looking for someone who is a very good coder). b) I prefer someone from the USA/Canada, UK, Europe or Australia. English as a first language is very important. c) Can work quickly (i.e., I'd like a turnaround time of 1-2 days on average). To start, this is the project. a) Nice backend layout. Left hand navigation panel. Right hand is content. Similar to framed HTML, but most likely just using jQuery and updating the right panel with queries, etc. b) A lot of the backend stuff to start will be mainly statistical information. So that means I'd give you a database table (with sample data), and say that I want to extract certain information (via mySQL), and be able to dynamically modify the search queries and display in graph or list format. You can use charting apps to do that (i.e., jqPlot, jsCharts, etc). So to start: a) I have an existing query that plots registered users vs visitors. I need to add dynamic fields (i.e., date ranges, say jan 1 - jan 31), do an AJAX request, then refresh the data. - I'd also like to be able to click dates to expand/contract just to show the users that were logged in. (Most of this code is already done, not hard - but already done. Just needs some of the 'finesse' to make it look pretty). b) Second item would simply be navigating database records, and being able to update them. (I.e., <- -> [update] [delete]). (Eventually you'll find a lot of it is re-usable, and so it's mainly just updating the table queries/table structures, etc - but using very similar styles/charts/etc). To start with, I suppose that's THIS project. So bid for that. Longer term - I'd like to be able to work with someone longer term - so basically I can just say 'hi, I need this new component/statistical info added' - send you off the table structure/sample data, and you just add the necessary dynamic information. b) So then - we'd just agree on a quote, I'd fund a milestone, and you'd be able to do that, then I'd release that milestone. c) Then, for other stuff it will mainly be a pretty interface for updating backend database stuff. d) Long, longer term I'd like to be able to add user permissions (i.e., "admin" access, then "secondary" access that might only have access to certain parts of the code/database/etc).
