Validate Emails of New Users at Checkout -- 2

I want our checkout form to validate the email entered by user. I want the email validated for format, AND for spam. I have found some tool that can do this with api. If you know another way I'm open to your suggestion. I would like to get this done right away.

Add 1 fish to cart, and then press checkout. The pop up that shows has the email field I need to work on. As the user types in the email, I want to check for format and after user leaves field to Phone Number I want the email to show like text words Email is Valid next to email field OR not Email is not Valid. If Email is not Valid, user cannot press Next button.
