Hi there, my name is Arthur and I'm software developer in Brazil. I work mainly with C# and I've been working exclusively with chatbots, conversational interfaces, natural language processing and Microsoft Cognitive Services for about a year and a half. I work full time with chatbot development and I'm open for some extra projects to do on my free time. I've created chatbot applications to several companies, over multiple channels, such as Skype and Skype for Business, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and for custom websites. I create chatbots that provide simple and complete features, such as conversational structures and dialog trees, integration with existing APIs (for gathering leads and information, do something for the user, etc). Creating a chatbot it's not a very complicated task, creating a good chatbot it's a tricky one. I've used this stack to build chatbots that have a high volume of interactions (some with around 60k to 80k messages a day) and it has proved to be really reliable. - C# and .NET - Microsoft Bot Framework (for creating conversational structures) - Microsoft LUIS (for processing natural language) - Microsoft QnA Maker (if needed) - Azure Table Storage (for storing dialog context data) I'm open to further conversations on the subject, such as the features the chatbot, the technology stack (maybe you guys have something else in mind) or the schedule of the project.
