web scrapping

I need a code/routine that will collect prices from this website: [login to view URL] It contains supermarket prices in Mexico for different: (a) regions of the country, (b) products, (c) brands of these products. As you can see on the top-left, you have a drop-down menu where you first can select a specific region of interest (within Mexico), and then a product type (food, personal hygiene etc). Then, within each product type, you have the products themselves, with the price they have for that week. This is updated weekly. The prices currently on the website are relative to 16-22 Nov. I need a code that will extract the average prices for specific products and for a specific region. These products and region will not change with time, so the routine does not have to be contingent on my inputs (e.g. selecting different regions or products every time I run the routine). Ideally, I’d have something where I’d be able to press a button and it would spit out the average prices for the products I give you into an excel-friendly media type. Or excel itself. Example: 16-22 November prices I’d run the code and it would extract prices for 5 types of soap, 6 types of ground meat, 2 types of toothpaste. Then it would take a simple average of each product type. So I would have one average price for soap, one average price for toothpaste etc etc. Finally, this information would be summarized in a palatable way (e.g. header with the product name and the price below, with the relative date on the side. In this case, 16-22 November). Excel preferable for that, but not necessary. I'd be happy to offer more information.
