website needed for uploaded file scanning

So, I'm in need of a website that allows a user to upload a file to be scanned by an antivirus API & Email Header Analyzer for any malicious content that could be contained in the email.

I am sure such API's are [login to view URL] project is supposed to be light weight, not logins, no storage besides only if we need to store the data during the scan(not sure about it from the dev side). And just a clean looking simple UI website
