WHMCS Addon Module Fix/Integration

Hello to all, We have a custom WHMCS module that we have created. This module has a hook that executes when the invoice in WHMCS is paid and this hook is generating an XML file based on a certain template that we have given to it. The hook works perfectly fine so there is no issue and it generates an XML file and saves it with fwrite in a folder on our server. Then we have a PHP page that is executed through cronjob and checks if there is a new file in that folder where we save the XML files and it sends the xml file to an API through CURL. What we need to do is simply remove the cronjob php file that we have which is checking the folder for new xml files and instead take the PHP code of this file and integrate/adapt it inside the hook that we have, so it sends the xml file directly to the API through curl, when the invoice is marked as paid, instead of doing it through a cronjob. So basically you need to transform the php code from the cronjob file we have to not look regularly for new files inside the folder where we save the xml files, but instead be executed directly inside the hook, after the xml file is generated and saved when the invoice in whmcs is marked as paid. Please read carefully because I am not explaining this again in private messages. Ask me only if there is anything more that is unclear but do not ask to explain this again. You will not have access to our server, you will not have access to our whmcs or anything.
