WHMCS Plugin to accept payment using Stellar

We need a custom plugin for WHMCS so we can accept payments using Stellar/XLM.
Since cryptocurrency doesn't support subscriptions we need this payment gateway to do this:
1. The customer can only buy our plan for 12, 24, 36 or 60 months. Isn't allowed to buy less than that.
2. If the customer made a purchase on 01/30/2018 and he chooses the 24 months plan, the payment gateway needs to auto-generate an invoice on 01/30/2020. The same go for the 12, 36 and 60 months plan.
3. The price will be displayed in USD(Dollars) or any other currency. The plugin will need to update the price from 4 to 4 hours using any currency converter available. For example, every 4 hours it will convert 10 USD to XLM. Or 10 BRL to XLM.
Technical Requirements:
1. You need to know how to use the Stellar API ([login to view URL])
2. Your code needs to follow coding standards
3. You are selling the code for us, giving us the right to use in any way, sell or use distribute in any way.
