Website Platform: Wordpress Commerce Platform: WooCommerce Background and Problem Statement Student Box Office sells theater tickets to college students through its website. Student Box Office uses WooCommerce to transact all ticket sales. After ticket sales for a particular show close, Student Box Office must manually email a list of customer names and ticket quantities to each box office by a given time and date. The purpose of the proposed WooCommerce Plugin is to automate the customer list and ticket quantity email process. High-Level Requirements • Plugin must interface with WooCommerce to pull product name, customer first name, customer last name and quantity purchased. In WooCommerce Settings under each product must be able to: • Time/Date- must be able to set a specific time and date when the email is sent for each product. • Reply-to email: for each product, must be able to add a specific email address or multiple addresses. • From email: for each product, must be able to add a specific email address from which the email is sent. • Email Subject: “Ticket List for” product name. The product name is pulled from WooCommerce • Email Contents: See format below. • Must be able to disable this feature for any given product Email list of product customers is automatically sent at time/date specified Email Contents Subject: Ticket List for Product Name Last Name First Name Product Quantity Last Name First Name Product Quantity Last Name First Name Product Quantity Etc etc
