WooCommerce Site - 2 features needed

Hello Gurus, [login to view URL] is the woo-commerce website and we need two features added. These features may be fulfilled using existing plugins or developing a reasonably priced custom plugin. Feature1: Customer Job Card. Attached file is job [login to view URL] and it shows the job card. Every customer will be issued a job card at the time of registration. This job card will be for the power glasses which customers buy. The flow is as follows: A customer comes to the shop and get his eye sight checked out by the eye doctor. The power details of the customer are added to the job card which gets a time stamp. When the customer comes back say after a year, the shop employees will open the job card and view what was the power of this customer the last time he checked his eyes. He can remake new glasses using the same power or he can get his eyes checked and the job card gets updated. These records are attached to the customer job card profile. All the eye checking records are stored here. Feature2: Workshop When the client gets his eye sight checked, he will select a frame and the employee will add the frame to the cart. The employee will ask what type of lenses are needed and then after the customer decides, the lenses are also placed in the cart. The lenses inventory is not public. Then the customer pays advance payment and goes away. There is a balance to be paid and also the client will be informed when the glasses (lenses fitted into frame) is completed. This part is existing in the system. We need what comes next. The order is viewed by the workshop technician and he fixes the lenses in the frame and clicks the order as completed. This will send a whatsapp text to the client that his order is complete and ready for pickup. That's it. After that the client comes, pays the balance and takes his power glasses and that's the end of this transaction. These two features are needed to be fulfilled into this development.
