WordPress Course Registration and Booker Plugin

My client already has a website built in wordpress and requires a WordPress Course booker Plugin. Please find below the features that they are after: Registration module – to enable users to register with profile details to be stored in a database that will enable them to easily book onto courses etc. Options for them to update their personal information etc. • Course booking system – to enable users to select one or more courses to book onto (from those courses that we will publish on the website). Once registered and logged on the course booker should be able to populate their details so they don’t have to re-type this. Other functionality to include: o Booking tracking to identify if spaces were still available (and offer a wait-listing option if spaces weren't available) o Course details to be linked to the course booking request (e.g. date, times, venues etc) so we can easily manage the email notifications (see below) o Fields for specific requirements e.g. dietary requirements or access issues etc. To be able to be customised by us as required for specific courses o Fields to collect purchase order information so they could be invoiced (wouldn't need online payment system at this stage but would be good to build in a way that could enable this in the future). Able to export information into csv and xls and access formats to be able to import into finance systems for invoicing o Email notifications for bookings – automated at different points e.g. course booking request received, course booking confirmed (including calendar attachments e.g. .ics and .vcs), reminder of upcoming course attendance a few days before (with possibility for text message reminders?) with links to maps and other course-specific material (or other attachments) o Course cancellation or modification request functionality (through the user’s registration page) o Ability for someone to book on behalf of delegates (e.g. an administrator to do bookings for staff in their school) o Account management functionality for our administrator to manage profiles, re-set passwords, edit and delete accounts, bulk changes to profiles if contact details change etc o Course attendance information able to be extracted for reporting purposes e.g. how many people attended specific courses etc. Best format probably xls? Please can you let me know the cost and timeframe for the above.
