Wordpress End User Portal Navigation and Design

FREELANCER MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WORDPRESS , DASHBOARD WORK AND DESIGN! PLEASE PROVIDE WORDPRESS DASHBOARD DESIGN EXPERIENCE. Overview: [login to view URL] is our website and front-end. Our users login to their account and have access to password protected pages (back-end). The password protected pages are in need of design and navigation. THE LOOK MUST BE INNOVATIVE! Key Points: 1. Freelancer must not disturb front end website and create a separate navigation for the back-end pages. 2. Freelancer will must try to keep main dashboard page in tact and add design. 3. Freelancer must ensure the back end is mobile friendly 4. Freelancer must ensure simple navigation (back buttons, etc) on all pages. 5. Freelancer must use pictures/designs in their portfolio to support theme (bulletin theme on bulletin page, etc). 6. Freelancer must match as much design as the website.
