Wordpress Plugin Bugfix and new functionality

I need a PHP developer to fix a Wordpress Plugin and later extend its functionality. The plugin hasn't been updated in 4 years, it works with newer WP but needs some fixes. Fixes needed are social sharing buttons aren't working, some custom posts are not displayed , a little bit of styling to make it look nice.
New features to be added to it is sending an automatic email once a user completes the process, and sending a reminder if the user doesn't complete it. Also adding text fields in the plugins settings to specify/design the emails to be sent and a setting to set the frequency of reminders.
I will provide screen shots of exactly how I want it to look.
In my estimate the work should take less than a day (8h). Would do it myself but have my hands full at the moment. The person picked for the project can start work immediately.
Before you apply, I dont need a WP site! So only apply if you have experience with developing plugins for WP. I don't need a list of websites you've built.
