Wordpress theme development and site build (two sites)

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a Wordpress theme and use that theme to build and implement two websites. The theme needs to be built using Underscores, Bootstrap 4 and Redux. The theme needs to include four custom post types. The theme must be responsive and work on all modern browsers. In order to use the Bootstrap grid within pages, the theme needs to incorporate shortcodes or maybe something like Visual Composer. The site needs to be fast. Therefore, Visual Composer might not be the best thing to use but I will listen to your thoughts on this. The code must be clean and well commented. I am a developer and will check this. After the job is awarded you will be given a full design spec and PSDs. You will also be given access to two server accounts to develop the sites. I will want you to set up the content on the two sites. This is likely to be a total of about 40 pages. Most of this content can be copied (with a migration tool) from the current site but will then need moving to the correct new pages and formatted to look good. Once the sites are complete and performing correctly and quickly, I will want you to migrate the sites to the live server accounts. If you are interested in this project than I need you to: 1) Supply me with a link to ONE or TWO websites that you have built using, ideally, Underscores, Bootstrap and Redux. Do NOT send me more than two links! If they were built with different software then please explain what experience you have in Underscores, Bootstrap and Redux. 2) Given that site performance is important, please let me know your preferred way of incorporating Bootstrap's grid into page content (eg shortcodes, visual composer, etc). 3) Please let me know when you would expect to start on this job and how long you would expect it to take.
