Work on my Joomla Website

I have a Joomla website for my franchisees that I need cleaned up and features added to it. I need a better landing page, something more professional looking. When a user signs up and creates a new login they need to be assigned to a location (i.e. Milford, Flint, Fenton, Clarkston, Greenville, etc.) Each location has forms and items that are specific to them with their logo and information on them. I need a way for each franchisee to enter their driver schedule for the week and submit them to me. I need an easy way for my dispatchers to view this on a daily basis so they know which driver is working in each location for that day. I need a place for the franchisees to download/print documents and forms. Some documents and forms are global but some forms are specific to each franchisee. I need a way to specify which user can view the documents. I need a place for franchisees to upload and store documents. I need a store where franchisees can order supplies. I have VirueMart setup so I suppose I can continue to use this. If I send you item prices, pictures and descriptions can you enter them? I need a place where franchisees can share best practices with other franchisees such as marketing strategies that have worked, hiring practices, etc. I need a link to our vistaprint ordering site so they can order items and have them printed and shipped. I need a way for the franchisees to message with myself or the dispatchers. It would be great if they could submit something inside the website that was received through an app or email. I need a process management module of some sort. I need this to create tasks for each franchisee that needs to be completed by a certain timeframe. This would also include projects with tasks inside the project that need to be completed as well. Some of these tasks will include links to forms they must complete. I need an easy way to backup the data from this site. If it could do it automatically that would be best. Also need a link for partner websites where they can go to order antivirus software, toner for their printer, access a third party hiring website, etc. A place for company news and announcements. I will typically use this area to announce the opening of a new location but could also use for any other company news.
