Write AppScript Trigger with Google Services Library

I need PHP developer with experience with Google Services Library. scopes Script, Sheet and Drive. Here is what i need: programmaticly create publicly shared spreadsheet that whenever anyone with link makes change, i will get notified by email. I need that the entire sheet notification is automated, without any OAuth interaction. I can use G-suite domain-wide service account. Plan: after creating spreadsheet. use Script Class ([login to view URL]) to create and manage bound trigger to the sheet programmatically ([login to view URL]). i can supply the sheet creation and the onEdit trigger code, i just need the scripts class part to install the trigger. only proposals with the word cat will be considered.
