We have implemented integrations between Amazon , Ebay and other multiple market places and you can refer our omni-channel inventory management software www.yaali.io. Listing from Ebay to Amazon may happen automatically or there will be some manual intervention based on the producttype that you would list on Amazon. Also, Amazon accept feed data and not direct MWS api's, the feed data format vary from producttype to type, so to generate a list from Ebay to Amazon for all product types would be complex to handle in the scope of project. So if you have few specific type of products that would be a better feasible option to copy the listing. Apart from that, stockupdate and periodic fetching can be handled with ease eventhough the 5 minute time interval is too frequent.
