I am creating a WordPress site based on the Genesis framework which is similar in function to [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] etc.
A lot of the core functionality and design is in place now, but I need to hire someone to do the following:

1) Set up a post loading system ::
Each post which is submitted by a visitor has a custom field (cf_redirect) which has a URL to their own website. I would like the loading system to function like this:
i) If the post is clicked from anywhere ON the site (i.e. the referrer is the site) then the post must load in a new tab or window and the URL of the external site will be loaded (i.e. NOT my site).
ii) If the post is accessed directly (i.e. the referrer is blank or an external site) then the standard single post view will be loaded

I'm using a plugin to allow visitors to "star" posts as their favourites. This plugin has an ability to output the starred favourites on a page, so each individual user can view their own saved favourites. This plugin only supports the output of 10 saved favourites, and does not support pagination. I would like 20 viewed per page, and pagination for other favourites.
I would also like this page to be a custom page with the favourited posts output hardcoded into it in such a way that the posts are output using the standard genesis loop (so that they will be styled and formatted in exactly the same way as other pages, such as the home page or archives, categories etc.

I need to insert some code before each entry in the loop (specifically the favourite star, and some social media buttons. I'm unable to get this code to properly display the output on search, archive, and category pages - only the home page, so, er, yeah - help please.

This last point is desirable but not *as* important. I'm using a plugin to allow users to create posts on the front-end and upload a featured image. If possible, I would like this plugin modified to do the following:
- Allow me to specify a maximum file upload size (in KB)
- Allow me to specify maximum image dimensions
- Allow the user uploading the file to view the whole "temporary" image, and have a selection mechanism, where they can drag a square around the image, and resize it, before saving it to select exactly how they want their thumbnail to appear.
