Hi resuscitat,

Need to create attached picture; It is a beam delivery system for a high repetition laser system. It includes 5 plane mirrors. The beam diameter is 10 mm.

We need to investigate the wavefront distortion at the end of beam delivery system. The roughness should be included in the mirror's surface.

It should be done using Zernike coefficient.
