Acrobat Plug-in SDK for excel, word, pdf -- 2

I need a simple plugin for Acrobat pro that is compatible with Windows 7-10 that:

- reads a script string in a PDF document that has been generated from an Word document e.g: importPdf "c:\pdfs\[url removed, login to view]"

- finds the file specified in the script, or if it can't find it, opens a "Browse to File" modal

- converts that file to PDF (if necessary) and inserts the file into the location specified, replacing the page that contains the script.

- parses through the document to the next script to find and insert the next file, etc

This is for automating the mass importation of numerous PDFs into a master PDF after the master has been compiled from MsWord.

Must be easy to install into Adobe Acrobat and compatible with the last 3 recent versions of Acrobat Pro. Installer plus source code required.
