I need help modifying an existing small powershell script

I'm looking for someone to make a very small modification to the attached Powershell script. I am not a coder by any stretch of the imagination!
The script currently takes two data files, one a static (non changing) file called [login to view URL] and joins this with files in the "input" directory, then outputs the joined file to the "output" directory.
For example, [login to view URL] joins [login to view URL] then outputs the joined file as [login to view URL] into the "output" folder. Then the script re-runs and applies to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc etc.
What I need it for the [login to view URL] file to be different each time rather than static. For example [login to view URL] joins [login to view URL], then [login to view URL] joins [login to view URL] etc etc.
