Hello,
I'm a Linux guy that need a PowerShell script to do the following:
c:\PDF_XML_FILES directory has the following files in it
PS C:\PDF_XML_FILES> dir
Directory: C:\PDF_XML_FILES
Mode LastWriteTime Length Name
---- ------------- ------ ----
-a--- 6/07/2020 12:23 224848 [login to view URL]
-a--- 13/07/2020 09:07 2410 [login to view URL]
-a--- 6/07/2020 12:23 224848 [login to view URL]
-a--- 13/07/2020 09:07 2410 [login to view URL]
As you can see, each pdf file has an xml file related to it.
So I need a PowerShell script that could be executed anywhere on the server and that will:
* Loop into the C:\PDF_XML_FILES directory to list all the pdf files, and for each PDF file that it found, it will need to create an archive zip file into the C:\OUTPUT directory with the name of the pdf file without extension and with the xml and pdf files in it.
So in my example, after the execution of the power shell script, I'll need in the C:\OUTPUT directory, the following two files:
[login to view URL] (with the files [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] in it)
[login to view URL] (with the files [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] in it)
After each zip file being successfully created, the corresponding pdf and xml files will need to be move to the C:\PDF_XML_FILES\old directory.
That's it.
First come first serve, $10 for the script.
Regards,
Nicolas.
