Prestashop developer for a quick fix - Very quick

Hello there,

i have a prestashop site on a shared hosting on godaddy. i Moved to a different shared hosting now as a sub domain under a different folder and pointed the domain to that folder. but the site is not up. throws me 500 error. i am assuming, if i have not changed the config files to point to the right database or something. Or may be we need php upgrade in cpanel or something.

my budget for this task is 10-15 USD. and it shouldnt take more than 1 hour.
