BPO Manager & Lead Generator

I supply the typists and BPO workers. You find clients, keep my english speaking workers busy with jobs, explain each job to my workers, monitor plus check the work, and interface with the clients. You will determine the skill level of each of my workers, and match jobs to their skill level. Communication will be via email, Skype, and Yahoo messenger. You must be capable of generating 20+ hours of work per week for each of my workers which net (after your percentage) a minimum of $1 per hour for my entry level workers, $2 per hour for my fast, accurate typists, and $3 per hour for my multi-skilled workers.

All payments from clients will route through my Paypal account, work must be paid weekly or more often, and you will be paid a percentage. You will be paid within 3 days of me receiving payment. You are bidding on that percentage, so please set your hourly rate to the percent of share of the revenue.

I am paying all costs of the workers.

Please convince me of your abilities in all necessary necessary areas and note I will be evaluating your communications skills by your written words. Your ability to enumerate the areas of ability that I need, is one way of demonstrating your qualifications.
