I would describe myself as a change leader with extensive experience and skills in delivering complex change projects. I have good business and technical skills which I use to manage stages of delivery through best practice methods such as PRINCE 2. In my most recent experience as Programme Manager at Integrated Pathology Partnerships, I was asked to implement a merger in business operations and consolidate operations across three different sites. I worked with the builders and the Trusts to ensure delivery to time and budget. As part of the service transformation I managed the transition of operational services into new accommodation on new laboratory equipment in a way that minimized disruption to existing operations and satisfied operational regulations. My role was to manage the completion of the project by working with the clients and representing their needs effectively to the build contractor, architect and services contractor. I performed a similar function for the New Covenant Church, and completed the change of use from a B1 to a D1. I worked with Town planners to agree the proposal and delivered the approved proposal.
