Hi I understand you need a graphical Gantt Chart for probably communication purposes. MS Project can be the tool for that (and the most recognized for sure). I can definitely handle the job with a list of information elements that you will require in the chart (resources, dates, budget, cost, profitability...). My assumption is to get from you a plan with less than 100 tasks to arrange in a more or less waterfall manner (one task after the other, depending on the previous one). Experienced program/project manager and your needs can be done easily. Most of the time, the initial plan will be just built in excel and we convert them into a project tool (MS Project) to detail out. So, it is similar to that, and can be done that way.
