1. Only 1 LED can be on at anytime.
2. When finish packing that item- staff click DONE button.
3. When packing for that customer completed and press COMPLETE button
4. If no keyboard activity for more than 10 minutes (eg. staff walk away in the middle), Led will be off after 10 minutes: In Set Up menu, allow manager to setup how many minutes. When the staff return later, and if the order has not completed, the screen will highlight the item not completed, flashing "Work on this item."
5. To have a Light Off button, when click then any LED will be off.
6. Since there are about 200 containers and we have over 500 different items, not all of our items are in these containers.
When staff work on that item and does not have a container, computer will display: " This item has not set up in the system."
Beside the above software, to develop the following:
1. Packing History report:
At any time the staff can go to view the report by selecting the customer name. It will show the packing date, with the most recent one at the top. The staff can view, or see the photo. Can print the packing record.
2. Item report: see attachment
To store the drug info including 7-digits number, description, image, location of the LED, barcode. It has feature to print label on the Container and on the shelve. Can print, add, edit, delete the items.
3. Customer Report
To store customer information. Can print, add, edit, delete.
4. Label Report:
To print the label to attach to the containers and shelve below it. It has Item descriptio, barcode to represent that item
5. Camera photo:
Camera locate above the packing box. When press a button, photo will be taken and store in the Packing record software.
