Hi sir, I worked with ffmpeg in a project in which I added 4 videos in one. It was 4 streams of videos and I made them one using ffmpeg and broadcast that stream. As I have the relevant experience I can easily handle this project. Please ping me so we can discuss more on this. Thanks

Hello, I understand that you want to combine all the clips into a single video but due to difference in dimensions, frame rates etc. you are not able to concatenate them. I attached image consists of concatenation code. I can help you in concatenation of all clips into single video. I'm an expert Python developer. I've made small application (for Linux shell) that does what you need. It analyzes all mp4 videos inside some folder and re encodes them to the format used by most files. I can provide demo version, if you're interested. After you convert files with this application, you can concatenate files with your Python script. Contact me if you have questions.

Hi. How do you want to transform the videos that don't does not meet requirements. Like what happens to the videos when they are smaller/larger? Apart from that give the script and I will correct it to do what you want.

I have a package on PyPI which interfaces with ffmpeg in order to reencode videos to try and make smaller file sizes. This would be very similar apart from different conditions to test for.
