FLASK REST API developer

- Should have experience building APIs from scratch in python frameworks(falcon, flask) - Should be Immediately available. No agencies. Only individual freelancers. - Should have experience with Versioning/authentication/security related extensions/ORM/request validation modules/file upload-download/Throttling modules/Tracking modules/auto-documentation(swagger). . - Initial requirement will be to build 2 public apis (1 POST/PUT API and 1 GET) - GetQuestionResponse and UpdateQuestionResponse - Both will call an SP to fetch question's response and update question response. - Both will do parameter / request validations. a) Api call will be authenticated using login/password and post authentication, tokens to be used with session time of 2hrs.
