I am looking to scan documents from web page.
There is a project that would do the trick, but it is written in python 2.7 - which I am unable to get working.
Take the project [login to view URL]
And get it working on Windows 10 64bit and Windows 7 64bit either in python 2.7 or 3.7
What I need supplied to me, is:
c:\python27 directory with all modules and libraries loaded including pip
Any path variables required
A seperate directory for the scanner server with all files loaded
A web directory that contains:
A sample [login to view URL] which
initiates multi page scan and Ajax call to pass the file(s) to [login to view URL]
And Save_file .php that
displays the image(s) - gives an option to save or cancel, and saves the file(s) in jpg or pdf format to a hosted directory
and any css for the html and php file.
On the windows client - the 2 provided directories Python27 and scanner and environment variable - must be stand alone and require no other files
The web directory will of course need to be uploaded to an apache web server (I will do that)
Optional - Rather that python 2.7 - use the latest version of python with the same required as above.
Note the C:\python27 would of course be the appropriate folder to hold python 3.7.
