Odoo migration - Migración datos desde base de Odoo 13 a Odoo 15

ENG: We are working with Odoo 13 and want to migrate to Odoo 15. The migration will be made by Odoo, but we need someone to develop scripts that can sync up all the information that's left.
For example, the migration is done today but we decide to start in three days, do we'll have to sync up those three days.
What we'll need to sync is: products, clients, accounting transactions and POS sales.

Tenemos un Odoo 13 EE y queremos migrar a Odoo 15, la migración de datos la hace Odoo pero quisieramos que luego de que odoo haga la migración se puedan desarrollar scripts y que estos scripts puedan sincronizar todo lo que falta pasar. Ejemplo hoy hago la migración pero se decide arrancar en 3 dias entonces hay que sincronizar esa info de 3 días... Es un ejemplo los días podrían ser mas.
Lo que se requiere sincronizar es productos, clientes, y transacciones de contabilidad y ventas de POS
