I need a coder for raspberry pi and python

i need some help on interfacing, pi zero w, e-ink screen and bluetooth unit with another unit that has a gsm module and pi 3, the second unit needs to fetch data and pass it over BLE to the first to display it on the screen. This needs to be refreshed periodically or not depending on whether the status has changed.
