Queue tracking system

Currently, I am a university student and I see an issue regarding the club system whilst finding it difficult to find a committed programmer who can assist me in making this. There is almost always a huge queue outside a club and I believe those waiting want to know how long they will wait. The basic idea of this is to be able to track the lengths of queues outside venues such as nightclubs in order to notify people how long they should wait to get into a particular club thus stopping people waiting in huge queues and instead going to a club with a smaller queue allowing clubs to have more staggered entry of people rather than a long queue. This would reduce anti social behaviour outside clubs as queues harvest such behaviour and allow those who go to a club to get an idea of which clubs are the quickest to enter. The website could potentially in future be used for clubs to sell any tickets for its ticketed events and could be expanded to stadium events as well. Currently I am trying to achieve an app that would improve the club experience as I have seen that many clubs have long waiting times and queues. I have decided this would be aimed around clubs that university students would attend first and have a way that clubs can give information to a database regarding the length of queues.
