Shiny Web App

I need a simple web app based on Shiny. The app needs to leverage on [login to view URL] file containing sport training data. The skeleton of the app is already written in R, however some modifications might be needed.
There is flexibility for the number of graphs and organization inside of a specific tab. The new illustrations should be sufficient to resume the following points:
On the "FUERZA MÁXIMA" tab
* Use only data from the sheet "test"
* Image of the machine with a graph that shows the performance from the first to the last session date. Interactive graphs with filters to select by type of exercise ("ejercicio"), the weight ("peso"), reps, and rm.
* Possibility to compare the last quarter to the previous one.
On the "REGISTRO DE SESIONES" tab
* Use only data from the sheet "week"
* Interactive graph with filters to select by type of exercise, the weight, tul, total time ("tiempo total"), number and date of session. Graphs should resume the evolution of weight in each exercise in absolute and relative terms.
On the "COMPOSICIÓN CORPORAL" tab
* Use only data from the sheet "composicion_corporal"
* Use of an illustration (maybe a table) to resume the variables. This illustration should also show the number of weighing (count the number of different dates).
The remaining tabs should be left untouched.
From my understanding, the easiest way to manage these tasks is to load the data interactively as a table (with proper variable format) and proceed to the creation of illustrations based on that table. However, the developer has the autonomy to choose how to tackle the previous points.
