RoR ongoing project communication

I need a basic developer to work with two RoR projects that communicate with each other by an API. It uses ReactJS as well.
It will be an ongoing project, to solve bugs and implement minors improvements, the management tickets are in Trello and repos are in Bitbucket, both need to be known.
This project requires 20hrs average per week, sometimes more, sometimes less hours.
