Convert existing React Native app using PHP backend to AWS 'Severless'

Current project is in React Native and uses PHP backend. I would like to move it to AWS and use a “serverless” backend instead.
1. Set up user Authentication through AWS Cognito.
2. Set up database on AWS and impliment AWS Textract as per current app.
3. Update RN source code.
4. Provide APK to test.
AWS access will be provided and this is the first step of a project that will require additional work at next stage.
