Job Responsibilities:
-Handling Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection
-Understand & analyze the requirements assigned and sourcing the Resumes using various channels
-Thoroughly assessing candidates basis skills and experience, area of interest, geographic location
-Work closely to meet timely submissions of qualified consultants against open requirements
-Advertising Jobs in Job Portals and Social Media like LinkedIn, Google Groups, etc
-Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding
-Preparing recruitment reports and weekly & Monthly MIS update
Job Requirements:
-Must posses good understanding of software technology, roles and skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong Knowledge of MS Office and general proficiency with computers
