changeable heel shoes 3d Modelling

Hi, I am a experienced engineer specialized in cad designing. I can design your mechanism for changeable heels, heaving in mind the safety of shoes users. Also, I can design embedding of the mechanism in sole and heel. I can provide 3d model in Inventor or Catia or in cad interchangeable format like STEP or IGS. So, My bid is for techical solution of the changeable heel mechanism not for shoe model or 3D CAD model. If you choose me, I will begin the work after you pay me an advance of 10%, I will require another 60% after I will send you some screenshots of 3D model with my technical solution and after you agree with adopted solution. The remaining 30%, I will expect after you will receive the 3D model. My conditions are negotiable, so if you have another proposals, I expect to hear somthing from you.
